Was your vehicle picked up?
If your lender assigned us to recover your vehicle, here's how to get your belongings back or redeem the vehicle. All lot visits are by appointment.
- Call (414) 630-7192 to schedule a time. Walk-ins can't be accommodated for safety and insurance reasons.
- Bring a valid government-issued photo ID. Only the registered owner or an authorized person on the loan can collect property.
- To redeem the vehicle itself, first contact your lender. They'll send us a release once the account is settled.
- Personal property is inventoried the day of recovery and held for the period required by Wisconsin law.
A few things to know
Missed appointments may incur an administrative fee. Items that are part of the vehicle (stereo, tires, accessories) stay with the vehicle. Questions about your loan balance or the repossession itself should go to your lender; we can't discuss account details.
